The ability to think strategically is an essential skill for today’s business leaders. Companies that want to achieve long term success have a clear vision & mission that is used to drive their business goals. Their strategic process is clearly embedded in all levels of their organisation so that every employee understands where the company is going and and how the strategic plan relates to them.

This workshop covers the key topics needed to set up a company strategy, plan and then implement it. It uses a series of integrated activities to apply each idea in a practical way to your own company and its competitive environment. Participants will leave the course with the knowledge and skills needed to engage everyone in their company in the strategic thinking and planning process. They will be ready to use this strategic process to lead their organisation into future success.
